One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager in executing day-to-day digital marketing activities across multiple brands in the Minneapolis area. The role is hands-on, focusing on creating and publishing content, managing social channels, email campaigns, and keeping the marketing calendar on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or social media role.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with project management tools and basic analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the content calendar across three brands: blogs (2/month per brand), social posts (20+ per month per brand), and email newsletters on schedule.
• Manage and grow all social media channels with a consistent brand voice and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Build monthly email marketing campaigns using templates and approved calendars.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate materials for field staff and events.
• Track content performance and report to the Marketing Manager weekly.
