Job summary

Keefe's Air Conditioning Heating Electrical Generator & Plumbing is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns. The role supports content creation, market research, analytics, and coordination of internal and external marketing efforts while ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.

You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop campaigns, create cross-channel content, and monitor performance using analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience required.
• Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, or promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Create cohesive cross-channel marketing content and collateral for social media, websites, print, OOH, CTV, SMS, direct mail, email, brochures, and ads.
• Support content creation by capturing footage and repurposing assets for marketing use.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor engaging organic social media content.
• Monitor social media trends, events, and seasonal opportunities to identify new ideas.
• Plan and execute internal marketing initiatives including newsletters, events, and community engagement.
• Assist in tracking marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and preparing reports.
• Provide support in maintaining the company’s website, databases, and customer lists.
