The Digital Marketing Coordinator at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Ramsey, MN supports the Marketing Manager by executing day-to-day digital marketing activities across three brands. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or social media role.
• Comfortable managing social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with project management tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of the home services industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing to invest in ongoing self-development and professional growth.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Execute the content calendar across three brands. Publish blogs (2/month per brand), social posts (20+ per month per brand), and email newsletters on schedule.
• Manage and grow all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile with consistent brand voice and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews across Google, Facebook, and Yelp timely and professionally.
• Build and send monthly email marketing campaigns using the approved calendar and templates.
• Maintain and update the content and campaign calendar in the marketing platform and keep tasks current and on time.
