Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage the company’s marketing calendar, digital campaigns, and content creation. You will enhance online presence via Google Business Profiles, social media, and website updates, while collaborating with corporate and franchise teams to drive leads and brand growth.

The role requires hands-on digital marketing, analytics, and strong written and visual communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years marketing experience is required.
• 1 year Digital Marketing dealing with LSA's, Directory and Branded Social Media management is required.
• 1 year Social Media Marketing including Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
• Small business environment experience is a plus.
• 2+ years content creation with focus in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and maintaining the marketing calendar for initiatives and campaigns.
• Implement and monitor Digital Marketing strategies for LSA's, Branded Search and directories.
• Develop and maintain Google Business Profiles to improve rankings.
• Assist with social media, website content creation, growth strategies and media production.
• Respond to client reviews and social media interactions.
• Prepare weekly reports on marketing performance and KPIs.
• Develop and manage marketing and sales collateral for technical and sales staff.
• Participate in weekly and monthly marketing meetings with franchise teams.
