Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing or related coordination role.
• Extremely organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Comfortable juggling multiple channels, deadlines, and recurring tasks.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing systems, digital marketplaces, and common marketing tools.
• Strong written communicator able to edit copy for different channels.
• Self-directed and proactive, with a bias toward getting things done.
• Comfortable coordinating with creative people, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical enough to review basic metrics and recognize trends.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, publish, and maintain content across social media channels.
• Post and maintain products, promotions, and offers on Facebook Marketplace.
• Identify opportunities on Nextdoor, local groups, Reddit, and other communities.
• Build and send customer email campaigns, newsletters, and drip campaigns.
• Maintain campaign calendars and ensure launches on schedule.
• Coordinate with internal creative team for assets needed for campaigns.
• Coordinate with outside agencies, freelancers, and vendors for support.
• Repurpose approved creative across channels with consistent messaging.
• Monitor basic campaign performance and flag what needs attention.
• Maintain organized marketing files, assets, links, and logins.
• Perform routine website and digital-content updates.
• Follow through on tasks from assignment to completion.
