Job summary

HydroJug, Inc. in Ogden, UT is seeking a Data Lead to own the BI & Data function end to end. You will build and govern a brand-aware data platform — one BigQuery environment, segregated by brand, governed for trust — that every team relies on.

This is a senior individual-contributor role with four direct reports across Data Quality, Operations, Finance, and Marketing/Sales. You will partner with the CFO and Planning team to align data inputs with business cadences, and you’ll own the analytics

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics, data engineering, or BI roles with leadership experience.
• Hands-on expertise with BigQuery schema design, query optimization and pipelines.
• Experience supporting multi-brand ecommerce analytics at scale.
• Strong fluency in financial data: P&L, FP&A inputs and cost accounting.
• Proficiency with Looker or Tableau as BI visualization layers.
• Ability to build data governance practices and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Data Platform Architecture — BigQuery schema design, brand segmentation, and governance.
• Analytics Service Delivery — ensure timely, trusted data for all teams.
• Data Quality & Governance — establish standards, documentation, monitoring.
• Finance Data Partnership — build brand-dimensioned P&L views and FP&A data products.
• Team Leadership — hire and develop three analyst roles; drive processes.
• Tooling & Stack — own analytics stack and promote a semantic self-serve BI layer.
• Cross-Functional Roadmap — translate data into operating dashboards for Systems roadmap.
