Ulta Beauty in Toms River, NJ is hiring a Multi-Brand Advisor (MBA) to maximize sales of MAC, Clinique, and Estee Lauder brands. You will engage guests, perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrate products to drive sales and guest experience.

This role requires cosmetics artistry, strong guest service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Full-time position with paid time off and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Meet or exceed MAC, Clinique and Estee Lauder brand sales goals and contribute to store goals.
• Build the business by achieving sales targets and growing guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service with personalized recommendations and product demonstrations.

• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
