OnPath Credit Union is seeking an Associate Retail Sales Coach to help develop the sales culture, product knowledge, and member service standards across our branches in the greater New Orleans metro area. This player/coach role balances coaching 50% with frontline duties.

You will support onboarding, conduct training visits, coordinate sessions, and maintain training materials while modeling OnPath's standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or financial institution environment.
• Experience in training, coaching, or member-facing roles preferred.
• Interest in adult learning and staff development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and ongoing education of retail team members focusing on sales culture, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Deliver training, branch coaching visits, and training logistics under the Retail Sales Coach.
• Assist with scheduling training branches and classroom sessions; maintain training materials as directed.
• Model OnPath's standards in all branch interactions and support staff development.
• Travel across the greater New Orleans metro area for multi-branch coaching and training events.
