Responsibilities

• Lead learning, coaching, and onboarding for retail staff on procedures and compliance.
• Audit branches to monitor adherence and identify training needs.
• Develop and implement operational improvements with branch managers.
• Design training using adult learning principles.
• Travel to multiple branches across the greater New Orleans metro area.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching and support to staff.
• Ensure branches comply with credit union policies and regulations.
