Job summary

Sharonview Federal Credit Union in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a Floating Member Experience Representative to help members reach financial goals. You will open accounts, process loans, and handle various transactions across branches in the Upstate region.

You’ll educate members on digital tools and proactively identify opportunities, while ensuring accuracy and compliance. A friendly, service-oriented approach and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred but not required.
• Friendly, approachable personality with a passion for service and sales.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Experience in financial services, retail, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members and recommend products/services to meet financial needs.
• Open new accounts, process loans from application to closing, and complete transactions.
• Educate members about Sharonview’s digital tools and self-service options.
• Make outbound calls and engage members in-branch to identify opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Sharonview inside and outside the branch.
