Sharonview Federal Credit Union in Simpsonville, SC seeks a Floating Member Experience Representative to provide outstanding service across multiple branches. You will open accounts, process loans, and handle a variety of transactions using modern tech, while building trusted member relationships.

You’ll educate members on digital tools, perform outbound outreach, and contribute to a high-energy, service- and sales-focused culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred but not required.
• Friendly, approachable with a passion for service and sales.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Experience in financial services, retail, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members and recommend products that fit their needs.
• Open new accounts, process loans from application to closing, and handle transactions.
• Educate members about Sharonview’s digital tools and self-service options.
• Make outbound calls and engage members in-branch to identify opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Sharonview inside and outside the branch.

Floating Member Experience Representative

We're seeking a Floating Member Experience Representative to join our team in Simpsonville, SC. In this member-facing role, you'll provide outstanding service, support, and communication to help our members reach their financial goals across multiple branches within the Upstate SC Region. You won't just process transactions—you'll build meaningful relationships, guide members toward smart financial decisions, and serve as a trusted advisor every step of the way.

You'll be responsible for opening new accounts, processing consumer loan applications, and performing a variety of account transactions using cutting-edge technology, all while delivering exceptional member experience.
