Old National Bank is seeking a Market Relationship Banker to join our Community Banking Team in Illinois. This position offers exposure to multiple branches, helping you learn different branch cultures while building deep client relationships.

You will provide personalized financial guidance and connect clients to Old National’s full range of products and services. You will focus on understanding client needs, delivering proactive outreach, and driving sales and service execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to recommend financial products and operate within banking policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach and ongoing relationship management.
• Achieve account growth, lending, referrals, and digital adoption.
