World Finance, a multi-branch financial services provider, seeks an Overstaff Financial Services Representative to support multiple branches as needed. You’ll deliver exceptional service, help customers with loan-related questions, and assist branches in achieving growth goals.

Expect travel between branches and a flexible, customer-focused role. As an onsite support FSR, you’ll handle loan documentation, payments, and closings while maintaining accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• Flexible, problem-solver and team player with strong customer-service orientation.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle.
• Comfortable learning new systems and software used across branches.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to multiple branches, filling in for open or short-staffed positions.
• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through responsible financial choices.
• Deliver top-tier customer service by addressing questions and processing transactions.
• Process and prepare loan applications, documents, and renewals accurately.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accurate transactions.
• Complete daily branch deposits and transport funds as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support branch goals.
