Job summary

World Finance is seeking an Overstaff Financial Services Representative to provide onsite support across multiple branches in an assigned region, filling in where needed and delivering friendly, reliable service to help customers achieve their financial goals.

As an FSR, you will guide customers toward upward credit mobility, assist with loan applications and deposits, and collaborate with Branch Managers to meet performance goals while upholding company standards and community values.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to travel between branches as needed.
• Ability to handle payments and assist with loan processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to multiple branches as assigned, filling in for open or short-staffed positions.
• Assist with loan applications, documents, and renewals.
• Balance cash drawer daily and prepare deposits.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and represent World Finance values.
