Qualifications

• Proficiency with G-code and M-code programs for setup and operation.
• Experience with precision measuring tools to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Commitment to safety, OSHA rules, preventive maintenance, and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Set up programs and operate CNC milling machines to produce high‑precision insulation components per specs.
• Interpret drawings, select tooling, establish offsets, and ensure quality from first piece to final run.
• Monitor machining, adjust feeds and speeds, and optimize material usage and efficiency.
• Perform detailed inspections with precision instruments to verify dimensions.
• Identify and resolve non-conformances, implementing corrective actions to reduce scrap.
• Support safe manufacturing with preventive maintenance and a clean 5S workplace.
