Job summary

At Will-Mor Manufacturing in Seabrook, NH specializes in precision CNC work for aerospace and defense—manufacturing complex parts with tight tolerances on Mills, Lathes, and turning centers.

We are adding 1st and 2nd shift CNC talent. You’ll set up and run 4-axis mills with palletizing, turning and manual turning, verify dimensions with gauges, and record results on inspection documents.

Qualifications

• Proven CNC background: CNC Turning Centers up to 12 turrets and CNC Mill machines.
• Experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• AS9100 familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to read and apply GD&T; strong use of all measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Vertical & Horizontal Mills (4-axis with palletizing).
• Set up and operate CNC Turning and Manual Turning equipment.
• Load fixtures with blanks or machined parts for the exact operation listed on the job router.
• Use precision metrology to confirm part conformance; document results on inspection records.
• Engage supervision when machines fail or measurements move beyond allowable limits.
• Record daily production, quality outcomes, and scrap counts on the router.
• Confirm coolant and oil are at proper functional levels before and during runs.
