Job summary

At Will-Mor Manufacturing in Seabrook, NH is seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join 1st and 2nd shifts. You will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, handle 4-axis/multi-axis setups, and adjust fixtures for precision aerospace/defense parts.

You will verify dimensions with GD&T and metrology tools, document results, and communicate with supervision when readings drift. Experience with AS9100 and strong quality discipline is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven CNC background with turning centers and mills.
• Aerospace/defense manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to read GD&T and use precision measuring tools.
• AS9100 familiarity is a plus.
• Strong documentation of inspection results.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Vertical & Horizontal Mills.
• Set up and operate CNC Turning and Manual Turning equipment.
• Load fixtures with blanks or machined parts per router.
• Use metrology to confirm conformance and record results.
• Report daily production, quality outcomes and scrap.
