Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years related experience preferred
• Previous material handling experience preferred
• RF scanner and/or voice to pick experience highly preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long shifts
• Overtime with little advance notice required
• Willingness to learn equipment and rotate warehouse areas
• Work at heights up to 25 feet
• Adherence to safety regulations and PPE requirements
• Aptitude to work in a fast-paced distribution environment

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas including Inbound, ValueLink and Outbound
• Receive large boxes on dock, scan with RF scanner, input data
• Break down cases and operate heavy equipment to replenish warehouse
• Use voice-to-pick system for large items or small units
• Palletize items and wrap for shipment
• Pack small items and move them as needed
• Operate equipment like order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret, pallet jack
• Follow SOPs and quality guidelines
