Gage Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Janitorial Operations Manager to lead the daily janitorial operations at the local branch, overseeing accounts, supervisors, and field crews. You will ensure service delivery meets contract requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual, adept at managing labor budgets, and proficient with ERP systems such as WinTeam. Availability for travel and evenings is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or operations management experience in commercial janitorial or facilities services.
• Bilingual
• Experience leading hourly field-based employees
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage labor budgets, costs and metrics
• Experience with operational software or ERP; WinTeam preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Willingness to travel between customer sites
• Flexibility to work evenings/nights as needed

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day janitorial operations and ensure accounts staffed, scheduled, and serviced per contract.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage crew schedules; ensure teams ready for each shift.
• Respond to customer concerns, service requests, and escalations.
• Build and maintain relationships with client contacts; provide field support during staffing shortages.
• Lead and supervise crew supervisors and cleaning staff across accounts.
• Recruit, onboard, train, develop employees and future leaders.
• Hold team members accountable for attendance, performance, conduct.
• Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations matters.
