Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a MuleSoft Success Architect to drive outcomes for Signature Success customers by leveraging integration and API best practices. You will become a MuleSoft SME within the Success Architect organization, shaping enterprise architecture and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will work with customers and partners to evaluate architectures, optimize performance, and design scalable solutions leveraging the Anypoint Platform and Kubernetes, while mentoring diverse

Qualifications

Broad API and integration pattern knowledge across technologies.
Significant hands-on MuleSoft experience with large-scale deployments.
Certified MuleSoft expert with deep Anypoint Platform knowledge.
Expert in performance, scaling, DevOps and containerization (Kubernetes).
Ability to assess architecture and recommend improvements across lines of business.

Responsibilities

Become a MuleSoft SME for the Success Architect org and related EA concepts.
Engage with Signature Success customers to optimize technical architecture.
Develop delivery assets aligned with the SA engagement catalog for MuleSoft.
Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
