Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a MuleSoft Success Architect to drive outcomes for Signature Success customers by leveraging expertise in integration and API best practices. You will lead architecture discussions, optimize performance, and design scalable solutions on the MuleSoft platform.

The role emphasizes collaboration with enterprise architects and CTOs/CIOs, and requires hands-on deployment experience, governance, and security considerations across multi-cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Broad perspective on API and integration patterns, use cases, technologies, and trends.
• Significant experience as a MuleSoft practitioner, with hands-on experience in large scaled integration deployments.
• Certified MuleSoft expert with knowledge of Anypoint Platform, its capabilities, limitations, design, and roadmap.
• Expert domain knowledge in Performance, Scaling, DevOps and containerization including Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Become a MuleSoft subject-matter expert for the broader Success Architect organization, including governance and cross-cloud solutions.
• Engage with Signature Success customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to MuleSoft.
• Develop delivery and discovery assets aligned with the SA engagement catalog, tailored to MuleSoft customers.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external business partners, contributing to broader goals and growth.
