Qualifications

• Broad perspective on API and integration patterns, use cases, technologies, and trends.
• Significant hands-on MuleSoft experience in large-scale deployments.
• Certified MuleSoft expert with deep Anypoint Platform knowledge.
• Expertise in performance, scaling, DevOps and containerization (Kubernetes).
• Ability to evaluate architecture and recommend improvements across lines of business.
• Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes with technology.
• Trusted Advisor to Enterprise Architects and CTOs/Business stakeholders.
• Mentor diverse teams and communicate effectively.
• Comfort multitasking across parallel work streams.
• Willingness to learn quickly and debate approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starting and independent task management.

Responsibilities

• Become a MuleSoft subject-matter expert for the broader Success Architect organization, including related enterprise architecture concepts, governance and cross-cloud solutions.
• Engage with Signature Success customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to MuleSoft.
• Develop delivery and discovery assets aligned with the SA engagement catalog, tailored to the unique needs and opportunities of MuleSoft customers.
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners, contributing to broader goals and growth.
