Salesforce is seeking a MuleSoft Success Architect to lead integration strategy for Signature Success customers. You will apply your MuleSoft expertise to optimize architecture, performance, and solution design across complex deployments, guiding Enterprise Architects and CTOs.

Collaboration with internal teams and partners will drive adoption, governance, and scalable integrations, delivering measurable value and strong customer outcomes with MuleSoft’s analytics.

Qualifications

• Broad perspective on API and integration patterns, use cases, technologies, and trends.
• Significant hands-on MuleSoft experience in large-scale deployments.
• Certified MuleSoft expert with deep Anypoint Platform knowledge.
• Expertise in performance, scaling, DevOps and containerization (Kubernetes).
• Ability to evaluate architecture and recommend improvements across lines of business.
• Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes with technology.
• Trusted Advisor to Enterprise Architects and CTOs/Business stakeholders.
• Mentor diverse teams and communicate effectively.
• Comfort multitasking across parallel work streams.
• Willingness to learn quickly and debate approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starting and independent task management.

Responsabilités

• Become a MuleSoft subject-matter expert for the broader Success Architect organization, including related enterprise architecture concepts, governance and cross-cloud solutions.
• Engage with Signature Success customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to MuleSoft.
• Develop delivery and discovery assets aligned with the SA engagement catalog, tailored to the unique needs and opportunities of MuleSoft customers.
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners, contributing to broader goals and growth.
