Job summary

Salesforce seeks a MuleSoft Success Architect to drive outcomes for Signature Success customers using integration expertise. You will become a MuleSoft expert within the Success Architect team, engaging with customers to optimize architecture and performance.

Lead delivery assets and foster strong relationships with partners, guiding enterprise teams through architecture, security, and governance considerations while enabling scalable solutions across MuleSoft deployments.

Qualifications

A broad perspective on API and integration patterns, use cases, technologies, and trends.
Significant experience as a MuleSoft practitioner with large-scale integrations.
Certified MuleSoft expert with deep Anypoint Platform knowledge and roadmap.
Expert domain knowledge in Performance, Scaling, DevOps and Containerization incl. Kubernetes.
Ability to evaluate architecture and infrastructure to uncover technical needs.
Ability to analyze and optimize business processes using technology and integration.
Trusted Advisor: engage with Enterprise Architects, CTOs/CIOs, and stakeholders.
Mentor diverse teams using influence and adaptive communication.
Comfortable multitasking across parallel work streams.
Willingness to learn new technologies quickly and debate approaches.
Excellent written, presentation and overall communication skills.
Proactive and self-starting with independent task management.

Responsibilities

Become a MuleSoft subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organization.
Engage Signature Success customers to evaluate optimization strategies for architecture and performance.
Develop delivery and discovery assets aligned with the SA engagement catalog.
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support growth.
