The position emphasizes safe practices, equipment prep and operation, maintenance, and potential leadership of crew members. Travel for storm restoration work is required and a background check and drug screen are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Heavy equipment operation experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must possess CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment as directed by Foreperson.
• Assist in equipment preparation and daily maintenance.
• Lead crew when required and support daily activities.
• Cleans up debris and maintains worksite safety.
• Travel for storm restoration work as needed.
