Job summary

ISA Certified Arborist is seeking a Mulcher/Equipment Operator in Warrenton, MO to operate heavy equipment to remove branches and tree material from electrical lines. Experience with mulchers or Geo Boy, Barko or skidsteer is required.

Responsibilities include safe operation, daily equipment prep, maintenance, and storm restoration work as needed. Valid CDL and DOT medical card preferred; background check and drug screen required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or education equivalent preferred.
• Experience with heavy equipment in utility vegetation management preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and enforce safe practices.
• Prepare equipment and materials for daily work as directed.
• Operate equipment as directed by Foreperson.
• Maintain and repair tools and equipment used in operations.
• Assist crew and take leadership when required.
• Clean up debris and set up safety barriers.
• Track mileage and report to Foreperson.
• Perform storm restoration duties as needed.
