Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a reliable Equipment Operator for our mulch manufacturing team in White Marsh, MD. The role is hands-on with heavy machinery and a focus on keeping production running smoothly.

You will operate wheel loaders, excavators, grinders, and related equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance while maintaining a safe, tidy work environment. Overtime and outdoor conditions apply.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating heavy equipment is required.
• Ability to load customer and commercial vehicles.
• Experience operating front-end loaders, excavators, grinders, and screeners is desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including wheel loaders (Volvo L90), excavators, grinders, and dye machines.
• Keep yard area neat and organized.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections and basic repairs on equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime.
• Load, move, and process raw materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
