SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate heavy equipment and transport landscape materials, including mulch and soil amendments. You will maintain equipment, log daily activities, and support branch operations in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work in varied weather conditions. Experience in landscaping or irrigation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience operating equipment such as loaders, excavators, and similar gear.
• Knowledge of safety and maintenance protocols for heavy equipment.
• Able to frequently lift 50 pounds or more.
• Capable of working in extreme weather conditions.
• Experience in landscape, hardscape, nursery, or irrigation industries is a plus.
• Ability to read and write to record daily logs and maintain equipment checklists.

Responsibilities

• Operate all assigned equipment safely and proficiently according to company policies.
• Clean and maintain equipment as scheduled.
• Inform branch leadership of equipment maintenance/repair needs.
• Assist with other duties such as receiving materials, inventory, and order processing.
