Job summary

Electric Hospitality is hiring a guest-focused team member for direct guest contact, greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and delivering meals with a smile.

Responsibilities include describing menu items, providing beverage information, assisting with food prep, preparing beverages, maintaining sanitation, and operating cash registers. Must lift up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods; at least 18 years old with 1 year experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
• Ability to stand/walk for 6 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Will work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.
• Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish.

• Provide customers with information such as coffee blend, preparation techniques, ingredients used, allergen information, etc.
• Assist with preparing and serving food items as needed.
• Prepare and serve beverages ranging from simple drinks to elaborate specialty drinks.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment according to health and sanitation standards.
• Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Uphold company safety and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team.
• Stock stations with proper paper products or beverage preparation items as necessary.
• Operate cash registers and credit card machines.
