Job summary

Cedar Rapids Community School District is seeking a Tier I SEBH Leader to collaborate with building administration and staff to implement MTSS for social-emotional behavioral health. You will work with the Teacher Leadership Team and district leaders to realize the vision of Every Learner: Future Ready.

The role emphasizes reflective practice, coaching adults, and leveraging equity-centered pedagogy to address inequities while supporting teachers through data-driven MTSS processes.

Qualifications

• Reflective, growth-oriented and coachable, open to feedback.
• Deepen knowledge of equity and culturally responsible pedagogy.
• Familiarity with MTSS and High Reliability Schools workflows.
• Ability to lead adult learning sessions and PLCs.
• Experience in curriculum, instruction, and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead MTSS Tier I initiatives and coordinate with the district and building teams.
• Provide professional learning to teachers and PLC groups.
• Support the growth of staff toward equity and inclusive practices.
• Collaborate to monitor MTSS implementation and core SEBH resources.
