Qualifications

• Reflective, growth-oriented, open to feedback and coaching.
• Deepen knowledge of equity and culturally responsive pedagogy to address inequities.
• Know/learn High Reliability Schools framework and MTSS.
• Experience with MTSS and multi-tiered support structures.
• Commitment to growing others through adult learning.
• Active teaching license with several years in Cedar Rapids preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership for MTSS Tier I in alignment with district goals.
• Collaborate with Tier I Team and staff to implement MTSS actions.
• Monitor and evaluate MTSS implementation including core SEBH curriculum.
• Deliver professional learning for teachers and PLCs at building level.
• Foster a safe, collaborative culture and engage staff in capacity-building.
• Participate in district professional learning to strengthen MTSS leadership.
