Job summary

Cedar Rapids Community School District Wright Elementary School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa seeks a Tier I SEBH Leader to guide MTSS implementation and equity-focused practice. You will work with the building administrator, teachers, and district teams to strengthen the social-emotional and behavioral health system.

The role emphasizes professional learning for staff, leadership development, and alignment with district vision. Extracurricular time beyond contract may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership for the MTSS Tier I SEBH program.
• Collaborate with Tier I Team and staff to implement MTSS goals and actions.
• Deliver professional learning to teachers and PLC teams.
• Support a safe, collaborative school culture; engage in district PD.
