Soliant is seeking a School Counselor in Colorado to lead MTSS-based behavioral health initiatives across multiple high schools. You will support Tier 1 prevention, provide targeted interventions, and coach school staff to build capacity, enhancing student well‑being and ninth‑grade success.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, schools, and community partners to sustain programs and improve outcomes for students facing mental health and substance use challenges.

Competenze

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Active Colorado Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Experience implementing MTSS, PBIS, restorative practices, or school mental health systems.
• Background in substance use prevention and intervention.
• Skilled in facilitating student groups and delivering evidence-based interventions.
• Consult with and coach educational staff across multiple sites.
• Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing, Teen Intervene, InDepth, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Bilingual oral and written fluency is highly valued.

Mansioni

• Conduct Tier 1 schoolwide supports for substance misuse prevention.
• Deliver tiered interventions and individual student support (including group facilitation and targeted outreach).
• Guide MTSS implementation and develop sustainable behavioral health systems.
• Consult with and coach school staff to build internal capacity.
• Develop partnerships with families and community organizations.
• Occasionally perform other related duties as needed.
