Soliant is seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time, school-based opportunity near Montrose, CO. You will provide counseling, assist with IEP/504 plans, and collaborate with teachers and families to foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.

The role emphasizes crisis intervention, program development, and student well-being, with an hourly compensation range and comprehensive benefits for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
• CO certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience providing counseling services in a K–12 school setting preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis intervention skills.
• Knowledge of student support services, behavioral interventions, and relevant education regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students' academic, social, and emotional needs.
• Assist students with conflict resolution, behavior management, and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address student concerns and promote success.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans as needed.
• Support crisis intervention, prevention, and student mental health initiatives.
• Develop and implement school-wide counseling programs that promote student well-being.
