Job summary

South Bend Community School Corp is seeking an MTSS/Mental Health Coach funded through the School Climate Transformation grant. Qualifications

• Master of Social Work required; urban-school experience preferred.
• Certifications in TIC, RJ, MTSS, RtI, PBIS and equity preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MTSS/RtI/PBIS frameworks and Indiana standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitors MTSS integration with staff and administrators in the schoolwide framework.
• Collaborates with MTSS teams to address disproportionality and support equitable discipline.
• Coaches staff and trains on equity and MTSS implementation using PBIS frameworks.
• Maintains communication with parents, staff and district personnel.
