Job summary

IREDELL-STATESVILLE SCHOOLS seeks an MTSS Lead to coordinate the MTSS process, lead team meetings, and monitor student data across academics, behavior, attendance, and social-emotional domains. You will ensure fidelity of interventions and collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and EC staff to drive student progress.

The role focuses on data-driven decision making, progress monitoring, and effective documentation to support a cohesive MTSS implementation district-wide.
