Applitrack, providing MTSS instructional services, seeks a MTSS Instructional Specialist (Long Term Sub) for Owen Elementary School to elevate student achievement through targeted, data-driven support in math, reading, or SEB.

The role includes direct instruction, progress assessment, and mentoring staff, aligning with an iMTSS framework through 11/04/26–12/08/26 assignments. Expect collaboration with staff and ongoing professional growth.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4–5 years of teaching experience (preferred).
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of elementary students and iMTSS principles.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and instruct students in math, reading or SEB within classroom, small group, or one-on-one settings.
• Enrich or modify lessons to meet individual student needs.
• Establish a safe learning atmosphere and model positive development.
• Facilitate implementation of student intervention plans matched to student needs.
• Access and review student performance data and progress in district systems.
• Construct and conduct assessments and maintain detailed student records.
• Monitor interventions through data collection to ensure integrity.
• Collaborate with teachers, SPED staff, aides, and paraprofessionals.
• Provide counsel and advice on reading, math and SEB curriculum and practices.
• Coordinate personnel and materials for data-based instruction delivery.
• Communicate progress with parents and students; participate in staff development.
