Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach teachers on Tier 1 instruction and Tier 2/3 interventions.
• Share research-based instructional strategies to improve student outcomes, attendance, behavior, and school climate.
• Deliver professional development for teachers and staff on MTSS processes and intervention design.
• Assist with developing Tier 1–3 intervention protocols, data-based decision making, and progress monitoring.
• Use data to identify needs and oversee MTSS intervention plans across schools.
• Collaborate with administrators to implement MTSS across district schools and programs.
