Loudoun County Public Schools seeks a Student Support Advisor (SSA) to collaborate with school and district leaders to create a safe, welcoming environment and promote student success through data-driven MTSS and PBIS practices.

The role involves coordinating student support plans, professional development, and collaboration with school teams to reduce behavior incidents and support credit recovery and attendance initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Successful full-time experience in teaching, school counseling and/or mental health services.
• Active LPC license may be considered in lieu of requirement.

Aufgaben

• Serve as chief contact for student support opportunities in discipline process.
• Coordinate and document student support transition meetings.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and improve comprehensive student support plans.
• Coordinate homebound/home-based instructional programs.
• Facilitate Return to Learn meetings with students and families.
• Support MTSS and PBIS processes with staff and teams.
• Provide professional development on student engagement and behavior.
