Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Rhode Island teaching certificate preferred.
• Experience in school administration or MTSS is desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with administrative staff to implement MTSS for academics and behavior.
• Support school culture and climate improvement initiatives.
• Assist in developing behavior plans and monitoring student progress.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student behavior and academic achievement.
• Contribute to grants and interventions for at-risk students.
