Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education or related field.

• Minimum of five (5) years successful teaching experience with an effective or highly effective evaluation rating.
• Willingness to complete professional learning in coaching, adult learning, standards, assessment literacy, backward mapping, PLCs, differentiation, observation protocols, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor small-group intervention structures prioritizing scholars with literacy and language development needs.
• Develop and maintain systems to track outcomes and intervention effectiveness.
• Partner with teachers to embed content and language objectives, vocabulary, and structured discourse routines.
• Facilitate co-planning meetings aligning standards, language objectives, text complexity and writing tasks.
• Design and deliver professional development on culturally responsive practices and academic development.
• Conduct instructional walkthroughs and provide feedback to strengthen content integration and equity.
• Analyze school data to identify gaps and design responsive instructional plans.
• Lead schoolwide improvement efforts to ensure equitable access to rigorous instruction.
