Responsibilities

• Deliver supplemental instruction and intervention aligned to academic and behavioral goals
• Identify and support at-risk scholars through targeted interventions
• Monitor scholar progress using assessment data and tracking tools
• Collaborate with teachers, interventionists, counselors and admins to coordinate supports
• Develop and implement intervention plans addressing academic and social-emotional needs
• Maintain documentation for compliance and reporting
• Communicate progress with families and provide resources
