Eaton RESA seeks a Behavior/Mental Health Specialist and Trainer to support MTSS implementation across multiple schools, collaborating with staff to collect data, develop plans, and improve student outcomes. The role includes counseling, assessments, and coordination of trauma-informed behavioral supports.

Responsibilities cover program delivery, professional development, and crisis-prevention training, with certifications maintained and local resources leveraged to assist families and schools.

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or equivalent.
• Three+ years in human services or behavioral/mental health fields.
• Experience coaching staff/administrators and delivering PD.

Responsabilidades

• Support MTSS implementation across schools with data collection and problem solving to drive instructional decisions.
• Administer and assist with behavioral health assessments and development of plans for students.
• Provide behavioral health interventions and counseling as part of school-based services.
• Coordinate and deliver CPI/Ukeru trainings countywide for staff.
