Job summary

Regional Office Of Education #9 Champaign - Ford Counties is seeking a Behavioral MTSS Clinical Professional to lead MTSS behavioral initiatives across schools. You will coach staff, implement data-driven interventions, and support students with intensive needs within the MTSS framework.

You will collaborate with licensed professionals, conduct observations, and contribute to crisis response and safety planning while building proactive, restorative behavioral systems district-wide.

Qualifications

• Holds an active Illinois license (LSW/LCSW/LPC/LCPC) or equivalent.
• Experience with students with social, emotional, behavioral needs in schools.
• Leadership in MTSS/problem-solving teams or coaching.
• Knowledge of functional behavior assessment, data collection, and behavior support plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support behavioral MTSS initiatives across school sites.
• Develop, review, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans and data-driven interventions.
• Provide direct student support and crisis response when needed.
• Coach and train staff in restorative practices and proactive systems.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and specialists to promote positive outcomes.
