Job summary

Ottawa Area ISD is seeking a Behavior Coach to lead Tier 2 interventions within MTSS for K-12 students. You will coordinate intervention plans, analyze data, and coach staff to implement behavioral strategies with fidelity.

The role requires a Master’s degree in school social work or psychology (or BCBA) and 3–5 years of related experience. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with a comprehensive benefits package in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in school social work or school psychology or BCBA equivalent.
• Experience with MTSS and K-12 behavioral support.
• Ability to obtain BCBA certification within two years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Tier 2 behavioral support processes and intervention plans.
• Provide coaching and professional learning to staff.
• Maintain data collection and fidelity checks for interventions.
• Review SWIS and other data to identify trends and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with administration and staff to implement student plans.
• Ensure confidentiality and accurate documentation.
