Job summary

TMSA Public Charter Schools in Greensboro, NC seeks an MTSS ELA Intervention Teacher to deliver targeted Tier 2 and Tier 3 literacy support in a non-homeroom, pull-out/push-in setting within the MTSS framework.

The role collaborates with MTSS, EC, and classroom staff to ensure fidelity of interventions and growth on universal screeners and progress monitoring data. The position is full-time (195 days) with a salary range of $57,500–$70,000; NC educator license incentive applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Current North Carolina teaching license or in process of obtaining it.
• Prior teaching experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily Tier 2 and Tier 3 ELA interventions to small groups.
• Implement MTSS-aligned intervention programs with fidelity.
• Differentiate instruction based on diagnostic results and adjust groups.
