Job summary

CAE USA is seeking a seasoned MTS TSSC Operations Manager to lead all program phases from inception to completion. You will serve as the primary customer contact with the USAF, co-chair meetings, and ensure contract compliance and resource allocation.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with engineering, program management, and operations, and drive proposals in response to government needs while maintaining AS9100D quality and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and six years of simulation-related experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 7 years' progressive management experience.
• Prior C-17 experience with emphasis on leadership is desired.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work with government customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all phases of MTS TSSC programs from inception through completion.
• Acts as primary customer contact for applicable program activities and leads reviews.
• Establishes milestones, monitors adherence to plans, processes and schedules.
• Directs and guides the work of MTS TSSC staff and subcontractors.
• Becomes the liaison between government offices and CAE USA Operations.
