Summary of Responsibilities: The candidate will perform basic, predictive, preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations.

What You Will Do:

• Perform and document diagnostics and repairs on production equipment, conduct routine preventative maintenance, monitor inventory, and maintain fluid levels.
• Operate forklifts and aerial lifts, including pre-operational inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, manage chemical concentrations, and handle waste materials per guidelines.
• Report defects and malfunctions, and comply with safety and operational policies.
• Support department objectives and develop skills as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• HS Diploma/GED
• U.S. citizenship required
• Advanced mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Proficiency with hand tools and equipment
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work at heights and in awkward positions
• Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of CNC controls and Cartesian coordinates
