Job summary

Waterworks is seeking an MTO Assembly Associate at our Brookfield, CT facility. You will perform breakdowns, re-assembly and packaging for a made-to-order plumbing program, coordinating with finishing vendors and internal teams to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in light consumer-product manufacturing, an associate degree or equivalent, and strong data-entry and coordination skills. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years prior experience in light manufacturing in consumer products.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with internal partners and outside manufacturers, and suppliers.
• Demonstrates exceptional tactile and hand/eye coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Breakdown, outsourcing and re-assembly/packaging of product.
• Disassembly and re-assembly for outsourced finishing processes.
• Customize product per specifications from product or engineering teams.
• Record product details before shipment and inspect re-finished product.
• Maintain relationships with finishing vendors; set quality and delivery expectations.
• Review feasibility of made-to-order requests; monitor work in progress.
• Fulfill client/supply chain orders as needed.
• Support Waterworks quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
