Job summary

Todd Snyder, Inc. is seeking Made to Measure Specialists to deliver impeccable, personalized service in-store, focusing on MTM fittings and elevating the guest experience.

You will work with Client Advisors to grow the MTM business, demonstrate product knowledge, manage measurements and orders, and uphold brand standards across the location, while contributing to a premium shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working with Made to Measure
• Exceptional customer service and networking skills, with the ability to network and develop clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading customer service building guest loyalty through in-store experience.
• Develop the Made to Measure business within location by cultivating clientele and partnering cross-functionally with Client Advisors in the store.
• Continuously demonstrate product knowledge to enhance sales, use company-provided resources to deepen understanding of product assortment.
• Uphold all standards of the Made to Measure Business including visual and service standards
• Share insights of location’s MTM business with Store Manager and MTM Manager
• Work cross functionally with corporate partners including Marketing, logistics, and visual merchandising to ensure success of MTM business in location
• Participate in initial and final fittings with prospective guests, ensuring accuracy in measurement, recordkeeping and order entry.
• Partner with other store locations to host MTM trunk shows and appointment opportunities for clients to enhance experience and selling opportunities
• Proactively avoid customer service issues by finding meaningful resolutions for customers and using best-in-class customer service.
• Act as a brand ambassador emulating the brand aesthetic and embodying a strong sense of brand philosophy and lifestyle.
• Under the guidance and direction of Store Manager and/or other Store Leadership complete operational objectives including opening and closing the store, cash handling, inventory, and other tasks as assigned and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when workload or tasks are changed as necessitated by business.
• Utilizes business acumen (both written and verbal) in relation to store business, product assortment and business opportunities.
• Demonstrates reliability and trustworthiness by acting with integrity in all interactions and following company Policy and guidelines.
• Promotes cooperation and commitment within the team to achieve goals and celebrates team accomplishments and shares credit with others.
• Proactively seeks feedback for performance and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Strong affinity for Todd Snyder brand and philosophy.
• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years working with Made to Measure
• Exceptional customer service and networking skills, with the ability to network and develop clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to stand for multiple hours and lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
• Able to work a varied schedule each week including nights and weekends.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
