Coral Shores Behavioral Health in Stuart, Florida is seeking a licensed social worker to join our interdisciplinary team. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, help develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

This role emphasizes coordinated discharge planning and linkage to community resources to support aftercare needs, working within a 24/7 crisis-capable behavioral health facility affiliated with Universal Health

Formación

• MSW or masters degree in a recognized mental health field.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to document patient history and initial treatment focus.
• Participate in development and implementation of treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group and family therapies and other didactic groups.
• Document treatment provided in the medical record promptly.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the treatment team and community resources.
• Attend regular treatment team meetings to discuss progress and plan next steps.

Educación
